Ticketscene gives you two ways to pull a list of your event patrons — a print-ready PDF guest list sorted alphabetically, or a raw data file you can sort and filter yourself.
Both are available directly from the event management page.
Getting an Alphabetical Guest List
From the event management page, click Download Guestlist (PDF).
This will generate a neatly formatted, alphabetically sorted list of your patrons that you can print and bring to the door, handy as a backup or for events where you prefer a paper check-in process.
Getting Raw Patron Data You Can Sort Yourself
From the event management page, click Download Attendees (CSV).
This downloads a spreadsheet-friendly file containing your patron data that you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any other spreadsheet tool. From there you can sort, filter, or manipulate the data however you need.
